Function Six was born out of a desire to provide the highest quality of EPM / CPM consultancy services to the market. Established and run by six partners, we have over a century of collective experience in finance technology and transformation projects across a multitude of industries and financial sectors, most notably within the Insurance sector.

A consultant provides clients access to deeper levels of expertise than would otherwise be feasible for the client to retain in-house on a long-term basis.
Our ethos is to maintain the current experience ‘mean’ within Function Six. This means that we employ only the most seasoned professionals – those who understand the very fundamentals of business, change and software development life cycle. Where other consultancies steer professional development towards senior management, these roles are often geared toward business development and sales. In this regard we are truly different; we nurture professional development within the specific topical areas of EPM / CPM system selection, implementation and reconfiguration.
